Today’s organizations have a number of sophisticated systems, processes and procedures to handle human resources (HR), a term that reduces the employee to what is says, a resource. The classical Human Resource Management (HRM) is by definition the governance of an organization’s employees. Growing out of the Start-up phase with only a few entrepreneurs representing the whole organization and its values/purpose, the organization has to consider some basic principles and questions before starting to employ the first individuals. With the first employee on board, the setup changes from owner to participants. The challenge is to successfully integrate employees as humans with individual potentials for the organizations cause, goals and benefit
